SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL DATA:
Elena Kasiyanova Alikova was born on 10 July 1977 in Vidin. From 1991 till 1996 she graduated The English Language School in Vidin. From 1996 till 2000 graduated UNWE – Sofia, Department of Infrastructure, subject Economic of Communication. From 2003 till 2005 after graduation qualification she studied “Financial – accounting and law activity of companies” in UNWE – Sofia and Free University in Burgas, Faculty centre of economical and management sciences, subject Account and control. From 2002 till 2005 she worked in “Construction centre” LTD Vidin as an accountant and from October 2005 was appointed as a Deputy Regional Governor of Region Vidin. She is married and has command of English language.
SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL DATA:
Eng. Martin Nikolov Donchev was born on 23rd October, 1968 in Vidin. In 1985 he graduated the High School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics “Antim I”. In 1993 he graduated Computing technique in the Technical University- Sophia. Since 1991 until 1993 he is a manager of Private company “Donchev &Son- 91”, since 1994 until 2001 he is Manager of “MAGIC SAT”Ltd. Since 21st August 2001until 2nd September he was Regional Governor of Region Vidin and since 12th September 2005г until the present moment he has been Deputy Regional Governor of Region Vidin. He speaks Russian and English. He is married and has a son.
